Swindon recruitment company Field has promoted Andrea Saunders to a new role, as part of its expansion plans.
Andrea joined the Commercial Road-based company a year ago as an account manager, to head the team sourcing temporary staff for one of its larger clients, Nationwide.
Because of an expansion of the client base, and the growing needs of existing clients, Andrea has been promoted to service delivery manager. She will head the team looking after the temporary resourcing needs of all Field’s clients.
Andrea began her career in telesales, but switched to recruitment and – with the exception of a career break to have children – has been in the industry ever since.
Her last two roles before joining Field were working on a large Army project to source recruits, following by a spell in IT recruitment.
“I am very excited about this new challenge,” she said. “Field is growing as a company, so my new role is part of a restructure to meet an increased demand for temporary staff.”
